Vertical framework

Vertical formwork works are carried out for vertical reinforced concrete elements such as structural walls and columns. Formwork is a temporary structure used in reinforced concrete structures to carry out the pouring process until the concrete reaches therequired strength. Formwork must meet safety and quality standards according to BS EN 8500, which are checked by the engineers during the work process. The aim of Kontakt for reinforced concrete structures is to achieve clean concrete pours. Therefore, Kontakt works closely with leading companies in formwork production, such as Paschal. The formwork project is carried out using software from the German company Paschal. The materials used to carry out the pouring of vertical elements include Paschal panels with a thickness of 7.5 cm and various dimensions according to the project, along with other supplementary elements such as supports, props, jacks, corners, etc. Generally, the stripping of vertical reinforced concrete elements occurs 2 days after pouring. Kontakt places special importance on work safety and ensures that safety elements are installed before the concrete pouring begins. Our goal is to achieve a high-quality final product that meets both technical and aesthetic requirements.
