We pay attention to the energy efficiency and reducing thermal losses in construction. The windows in our projects are thermal break aluminum profiles with a width of 100 mm, double glazing, and a 16 mm air chamber, making them ideal for the Mediterranean climate of Albania.The roller shutter slats are made of aluminum, while the box is plastic with thermal insulation, allowing for easy maintenance from inside the apartment. The insulation value of the frame should be Uf = 1.9 – 2.4 W/m²K and for the glass Ug = 1.1 W/m²K. The interior profile color is white, while the exterior is available in a range of 17 colors as specified in the architectural design.The thermal windows we use have 25% greater efficiency than traditional systems, with a total insulation value of Uw = 1.3 W/m²K. The air chamber provides excellent insulation and reduces condensation .After the installation of all elements windows, shutters, glass, frames, and facade thermal insulation water tests and measurements of the system’s thermal performance are conducted.
