The elevators installed on each floor of the residential buildings are Schindler 3000 models, designed for the vertical movement of people. These elevators have a capacity of 625 kg, supporting up to 8 people, and a speed of 1 m/s. Wall Finish: Colorado silver (Laminate Glossy), providing a modern and elegant appearance. Floor Door Finish: RAL7040 (Window Gray), harmonizing with the surrounding environment. Ceiling Finish: Painted steel R9006 (white aluminium) for a spacious feel. Flooring: Made of quartz, ensuring durability and aesthetics. Lighting: LED line, offering sufficient and efficient illumination. Handrail: Straight (not curved), linear, for easier use. Mirror: Installed inside the cabin, covering the entire height for a spacious effect. Ventilation: Natural, through two openings in the cabin or good air circulation. Display: Options for Duplex (common) and Simplex (inside the cabin), specified according to the attached sketches.
