Air conditioning

The type of air conditioning system is a heating/cooling system with direct expansion gas, using a multi-split system for each apartment. The internal wall-mounted or floor-mounted units serve to heat the space in winter and cool (refresh) it in summer.To remove humidity (condensation), the system is connected to a PP piping that leads to the stormwater drainage system. The copper pipes (Cu) are designed for R410A refrigerant and are insulated with a special material to prevent heat loss or condensation. The connections are made by soldering or compression according to the UNI EN 378 standard.The central unit of this system is positioned in the technical shaft of the building, leaving the facade and all other spaces in the apartment free.
