Ventilation

The ventilation for the apartment kitchens is carried out using dedicated pipes, extending from the cooking area to the roof terrace. The material and dimensions of the pipes are specified according to the specific require¬ments of the project, made from polypropylene with high thermal resistance, above 60°C. The pipes are installed in a well-organized manner in designated shafts within the apartment, minimizing the space they occupy in the building. The bathrooms have windows and are naturally ventilated, eliminating the need for the installation of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
