Elevator pit waterproofing

Underground waterproofing is achieved with two membranes, DELTA-Thene and DELTA-TERRAXX. Their combination provides protection and drainage. DELTA-Thene is a self-adhesive bituminous membrane applied for vertical and horizontal waterproofing. DELTA-TERRAXX is a drainage membrane optimized for various applications in horizontal and vertical drainage. It consists of a drainage sheet and a geotextile layer to allow only water to pass through and prevent the passage of solid materials. The DELTA-THENE waterproofing membrane is suitable for all types of soil. Special care must be taken during the application of DELTA-THENE, which should only be installed in dry weather and at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. The membranes are connected to each other by overlapping 10 cm. This membrane has a long lifespan and high durability against temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
